Property Video Walkthrough
Real estate videos are great ways to promote your real estate listings. Our high-definition feature reels provide viewers with a first-person walk-through of properties. Depending on the size of the property, each video is typically 1-3 minutes in length.

Do I have to meet you at home to give you access?
You can simply provide the code to the standard lockbox if it is in place. Of course, you are also always welcome to meet me at home and hang out during the photo shoot.
Does your photography include “Photoshop” editing?
All of our packages will include our basic image editing, including color correction, exposure, and sky replacement. We also offer enhanced image editing.
How long will it take to photograph my property?
The amount of time required to properly photograph a home can vary greatly, depending on the size. As a general guideline plan on at least 1 hour. But many large homes can take up to four hours to photograph. The time required for your photo shoot will be discussed at the time you book it.
What about cancellations and reschedules?
We don’t charge for cancellations and reschedules as long as they are done 24 hours ahead of the scheduled shoot date/time. Under a 24-hour window, a cancellation/reschedule is $75. If we show up to a property and can’t get in or the agent or seller cancels the shoot, we will charge $75 + 50% of the quoted amount.
